Sustainable Development Goals

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal set of 17 interconnected goals adopted by all United Nations member states in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. They aim to address global challenges, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, and justice. Each goal has specific targets and indicators to measure progress, promoting a holistic approach to achieving sustainable development that balances economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental protection. The SDGs are designed to be inclusive and aim to leave no one behind, urging countries to collaborate and take action to ensure a sustainable future for all.
